I love food and I enjoy exploring foods from different cultures, but it would be impossible for me to give up chicken. Baked chicken, fried chicken, stewed chicken, boiled chicken, grilled chicken, it does not matter how you fix it. If it’s full of flavor I love it!

Here is a list of the spices you need to make delicious fried chicken. Experiment with the
amount of each by adding a pinch of this and a dash of that until you have created your own unique blend:
Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Cayenne Pepper,
Granulated Garlic, Sage, Thyme, and Cumin
Next time you fry chicken let me know if you make up your own seasoning salt.
