Get Bikini Ready

cal-0814-cl1-women-20The real question is “Are you curvy bikini ready”

I’m a foodie and I want to get bikini ready.  Being a foodie means everything I do has something to do with food. If I’m having a good day I celebrate with food if I’m having a bad day I comfort myself with a never-ending mouth full of food.  This means I have to come up with a way to lose weight with little to no effort.

1-pound is 3,500 calories.  I can lose weight when I burn more calories than I take in.  In addition to watching my caloric intake in I should also incorporate some means of exercise. To work on my arms I am going to lift 5-pounds weights 2 times a day for 10 minutes.  I going to walk for 30-minutes a day or at least make sure I concentrate on making extra steps in my day that equals 2,000 steps a day.

When it comes to weight loss diet plays a higher factor in the end result of a loss. I am going to lose 1-pound a week until I reach my ideal weight of 178 pounds.  I currently weigh 184 pounds. My goal is not so much the poundage my goal is to be able to wear a size 12-14.  I am not thin now nor is that my goal.

The first thing I am going to do is write out a meal plan.  This written plan should help me avoid making poor nutrition choices when I’m hungry or in a rush.

The 2nd thing I am going to do is increase my water intake. I am going to drink a glass (8 ounces) of iced water every hour. It takes 15 more calories to digest iced water than room temperature water.  I will eat my favorite fruit which is watermelon. Watermelon is made up of 92% water and 6% sugar, strawberries, cantaloupe, and grapefruit for example. I am going to increase my vegetable intake and reduce my red meat intake and increase my fish intake

I found a Cabbage Soup and Diet Plan on the website skinnybitch.net Soup:  1 green pepper, chopped, 1 large can diced tomatoes, 6 stalks celery, chopped, 1 large onion, chopped, 1-2 cubes bouillon, 1 large head of cabbage, 1-48 ounce V-8 juice, 4 cups water,1 teaspoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce.  Saute the onions in the olive oil until the onions start to sweat.  Add the celery and pepper continue to saute for 4 to 5 minutes.  Add juice, bouillon cubes, tomatoes and hot sauce, bring to a boil.  Reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.

MY CURVY BIKINI READY is 5’9″ tall 175 – 178 pounds
