Good Ole Bottom Feeder

It’s a family tradition to have fish on Friday.  Fried catfish is an icon of southern eating.  At my house, there is no other way to have catfish other than fried. A typical meal would be fried catfish fillets and whole small catfish, cabbage slaw, french fries, sweet onions and green tomatoes relish, hot sauce, tartar sauce, cornbread, syrup, sweet tea                          and bread pudding for dessert.

The 1st Edition of Cooking With Jacque Rose will be available for purchase in August.  I’ll send you all the details soon.  The entire book or individual recipes will be available to purchase.

Friday fish for dinner is one thing but this was a Saturday morning with eggs, hash browns, grits and biscuits
