Let’s get tossed

Cobb salad is the perfect brunch meal.  The ingredients in this salad combine breakfast and lunch, eggs, chicken, bacon, tomatoes, crumbled blue cheese, lettuce, and avocados.

1/2 head chopped romaine lettuce, 1/2 head chopped curly endive, 1/2 bunch chopped watercress, 1/2 cup shredded cabbage, 1/2 cup arugula, 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, 6 strips cooked bacon, roughly chopped, 3 diced hard boiled eggs, 2 medium Roma tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced, 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast cooked and diced, 1 large avocado, peeled and diced, 3 green onions, minced.

In a large bowl add all the lettuce.  Evenly divide and arrange in a row on top of the lettuce, season with salt and pepper.  Dress with creamy blue cheese dressing.
