Get Your Kids to Eat Peas

Organic split peas on wooden background
This is going to be a delicious salad!

I created this salad in an attempt to get my kids to eat peas.  It worked great; I am still making this salad and feeding it to all the kids that come to my house.

1 (8 0z.) can sweet peas, drained and rinsed,  2 eggs hard boiled, 1 tablespoon chopped onions, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 celery stalk.

I cut the can open, chop the eggs, chop the onions, dice the celery, measure out the mayonnaise and drop it

into a bowl.  The kids mix everything together.  Salt and pepper to taste.

You’ve got a salad the kids will eat and will ask to make. How have you increased the amount of vegetables that your kids eat?
