JACQUE ROSE STYLE RIB-EYE STEAK

First things first:  I am going to prepare the marinade and soak six steaks in the marinade for a day. Marinade Ingredients:  1 cup vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, 1/8 cup soy sauce,1/4 cup cajun mustard, 2 tablespoons granulated garlic, 1 tablespoons black pepper. Dump everything into a bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour the marinade into a resealable plastic bag.  Wash the steak under lukewarm water. Poke holes into the streak every 1/2 inch.  Add the steaks to the plastic bag.  Periodically roll the steaks in the marinade to ensure they are all covered.

Remove the steaks from the marinade, allow the marinade to drain off.  Sprinkle black pepper, seasoning salt, paprika, and cayenne on both sides of the steaks. Rub the seasonings into the steaks. Turn on the broiler.  Lay the steaks out on a cookie sheet.  Broil for approximately 6-minutes.  Turn the steaks over, add a pat of butter, a couple of thinly sliced rings of white onions and a couple of pieces of julienned bell pepper.  Broil for approximately 8-minute.  This cooking time will give you a medium rare steak.
