If you want to be crowned cook of the day, I suggest you make this LUMP CRAB BISQUE.

This is a quick and easy bisque that can be prepared in 15-minutes.  Serve this dish with toasted crusty bread and a dark beer, at the end of the day, you will be crowned the cook of the day.

INGREDIENTS: 3 slices bacon, fried crispy.  Remove from skillet crumble and set aside.  1 (10.75 oz.) can condense tomato soup, heat  soup to a boil add 5 ounces heavy cream, ¼ teaspoon white pepper, ½  sprig of chopped fresh thyme, 1 fresh sprig chopped parsley, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon finely chopped white onions, 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery, 1 teaspoons finely chopped carrots,  ¼ teaspoon cornstarch and 1 1/4  cup lump crab meat and 2 tablespoon butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with bacon pieces.
