Tonight is Week 6 of 17, the Broncos and Chargers are meeting. ESPN, CBS, and Las Vegas have the Broncos favored by 3 to 3 1/2 points.  Who do you think is going to win tonight?  I’m picking the Broncos.

We are having a potluck; I’m gonna bring the appetizer,  RELISH TRAY

7 celery heart stalks, 1/2 cup large pitted black olives drained,  1/2 cup pitted green olives stuffed with cheese drained, 1 (14 oz.) jar pickled okra,  2 (3.5 oz.) jar miniature pickled corn drained, 1/4 cup sweet pickle spears, 1/4 cup dill pickle slices, 1 small head cauliflower, broken into flowerets, 2 medium crown broccoli, broken into flowerets,  1 English cucumber, sliced into 1/2 inches chucks, 7 radishes, thinly sliced, 4 sliced medium brown mushrooms, 1/4 pound cherry tomatoes,  1/4 pound baby carrots.

I’m pulling out my large silver tray.  All the vegetables will be neatly arranged. Get a small purple cabbage cut the cabbage in half.  The cabbage will be the receptacle for your dipping sauce.  Fill one with buttermilk ranch dressing, fill the other with thousand island salad dressing.  This tray serves 8-10
