I have been told that most of the recipes I post are chicken…I haven’t gone back to check, but my gut says that is right  I can eat chicken every day.  Here’s a new chicken recipe.

In a bowl dump, 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 cup melted butter.  Stir together and set aside.

3 pounds chicken thighs, Italian salad dressing,  1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary, 2 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll the chicken in the Italian dressing. Season with the  bouillon, black pepper, granulated garlic, thyme, and rosemary.  Roll the chicken in the corn flakes.  Place chicken, skin side up on a lightly greased shallow pan.  Make sure the pieces do not touch. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for another 30 minutes.  Remove from the oven.  When you are ready to serve pour the parmesan cheese sauce on top.

Please share with us one of your chicken recipes.
