STICKY PECAN BUNS

In a bowl combine 1/2 cup of raw honey, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 4 teaspoons unsalted butter, 1/8 teaspoon mace and 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Put the bowl in the microwave and melt the contents, set aside.  Put 12 Hawaiian rolls into a muffin pan, with your thumb make a slight indentation on the top of each roll.  Pour the honey mixture over the rolls.  Sprinkle and press the tops with 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans and 1 cup golden raisins. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until the toppings are bubbly
