CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS
1 cup crab meat, 1 teaspoon seasoning salt, 1 tablespoon bread crumbs, 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper, 1 tablespoon minced won, 1 tablespoon chopped flat leaf parsley, 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, 12 small portabella mushroom, 1 egg, beaten
Clean mushrooms gently with a damp paper towel and set aside cap side down. Remove and roughly chop the stems. Beat eggs sit aside. Combine stems, crab meat, bread crumbs, onions, cheese, salt, cayenne, and parsley together in a large bowl. Add beaten egg, mix well. Stuff crabmeat mixture into mushroom caps. Bake at 300 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, or until caps are tender. Serve hot.
