January 24th is National Peanut Butter Day. A peanut is a Goober. Today I am going to share my CRUNCHIE GOOBER BUTTER RECIPE.
CRUNCHIE GOOBER BUTTER
2 1/2 cups raw shelled and skinned peanuts, 1 tablespoon melted butter, 1 tablespoon raw honey, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Get out the food processor. Dump in 1/2 cup peanuts, process until the nuts are roughly chopped.Pour the chopped nuts into a bowl. Pour the remaining peanuts into the food processor and chop, slowly add the melted butter and continue to process until you have a smooth cream. Slowly add the melted butter, Pour the creamed mixture into the bowl with the chopped nuts. Add the honey and salt, mix well.
