This week is dedicated to Superbowl Sunday Game Snacks.  I am going to start off with a delicious Roast Beef sandwich.

A 2-foot crusty sourdough loaf cut in half lengthwise.  With your hand scoop out half the inside of the bread.  Spread mayonnaise on both side of the bread, layer a couple of slices of horseradish and brie cheese,  generously add thinly sliced medium rare roast beef, tomato slices, red onion slices, bread and butter pickle chips, sprouts, and arugula.

You are not going to get a sandwich better than this one.
