3 cups baking mix, 1 cup chicken broth, 1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 pound hot breakfast sausage, 1/2 pound hot Italian sausage, casing removed, 1 chopped celery stalk, 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/4 cup Granny Smith apples, finely diced, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, salt and pepper to taste.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Fry sausage until done, drain and crumble into a bowl. Add cheese, cranberries, apples, nuts and baking mix, stir together. Gradually add chicken broth the dough is very stiff. Rolls the dough into balls about 1-inch in diameter. Put the balls on a lightly greased cookie sheet, bake for approximately 12 – 15 minutes or until the balls are browned
