Broccoli is a man-made vegetable. Broccoli is made from the crossbreeding of wild cabbages.

BROCCOLI SALAD

1 (12 ounce) bag broccoli slaw,  1/2 pound broccoli florets, 1/2 cup raisins, 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions, 3/4 cup chopped pecans, 1/4 cup canned black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed, 1 cup mayonnaise,1/2 pound bacon fried and crumbled, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Pour slaw into a bowl, chop broccoli florets into bite size pieces, add raisins, peas, and nuts, mix well.   Add mayonnaise and toss.  Add crumbled bacon and top with cheese.
