
2 large eggs, 1/2 cup salted butter, 2 medium size yams, peeled and chopped, 2 cups sweetened condensed milk, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon salt, marshmallows, 1 cup chopped pecans.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Boil yams in a pot covered in water until tender. Drain yams and dump into a bowl, add butter and beat with a hand mixer until smooth. Add salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs, and milk, mix well. Pour into a lightly butter greased casserole dish. Bak uncovered for 60 minutes. Remove from the oven and evenly top with the pecans and marshmallows, return to oven bake until the marshmallows brown.
