WATERMELON PUNCH

Watermelons are 92% water. I think is the most refreshing fruit one can eat; along with being a body healing fruit.Watermelon is a delicious source of hydration.  Vitamin A in watermelon promotes body tissue growth, which gives your skin a beautiful glow. Vitamin C , carotenoids and potassium found in watermelon reduces cholesterol which is good for your heart health. The list goes on and on, for example watermelon is good for your kidneys, improves your eye sight, supports bone health, and can lower your blood pressure.

WATERMELON PUNCH

1 (5 lb.) oblong seedless watermelon,2 (7.5 oz.) cans frozen concentrated lemonade, 2 cups unsweetened  pineapple juice, 1 gallon bottl6e ginger ale, 12 sprigs of fresh mint leaves, 5 pound bag of ice cubes.

Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise. With a melon scooper scoop out the meat, divide in hald a mash half the meat to a juice. In a large bowl mix the watermelon juice, lemonade, ginger ale and ice, mix well.  Pour back into the watermelon rind add the mint leaves and melon balls.

Punch is ready.  If you have an adult crowd you can consider adding gin, you be the judge on how much.
