1/4 cup diced green bell pepper, 2 stalks diced celery, 1/2 cup diced white onions, 1 (8.75 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained, 1 (7oz.) package cooked pasta shells, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup, 1 pound bulk breakfast turkey sausage, 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish, set aside. In a bowl combine the bell pepper, celery, onions, and corn mix well, set aside. You are now going to layer the ingredients, except the cheese, starting with the noodles and finishing with the sausage. Evenly sprinkle cheese on top. Measure out a sheet of foil, spray foil with non-stick butter spray, cover and bake casserole for 45 – 60 minutes.
