When I say quick and easy, I mean just that.  I am serving goat cheese balls accompanied with toasted baguette and chilled champagne.

2 (8 oz.) packages softened cream cheese, 1 (10 oz.) package softened goat cheese, 1/2 teaspoon fresh lime juice, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 cup chopped white onions,  3 teaspoon Cajun seasoning salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1/4 cup chopped pecans, 1 baguette loaf sliced and toasted.

In a large bowl add the cream cheese, goat cheese, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.  Beat with a hand mixer until mixed well and smooth.  Shape into a ball and refrigerate until firm.  It takes about an hour for the cheese to firm up. Remove from the refrigerator, roll the ball in the parsley and pecans, serve with toasted baguette slices.
