
FRUITY SALSA
2 medium size tomatoes, chopped, 1 cup diced pineapple, 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro, 1 cup diced papaya, 1/4 cup diced jicama, 1 cup diced mango, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 large avocado peeled and chopped, 1/4 cup chopped English cucumber, 3 tablespoons chopped red onions, 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped, 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, ¼ teaspoon sea salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper.
Add all the ingredients to a bowl, toss lightly, add salt and black pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 30-minutes then serve on your tacos and with corn tortilla chips. Wha’la fruity salsa.
