CUCUMBER CHEESE SLICES
1 (8oz.) package cream cheese with chives, 1 English cucumber, ¼ cup pimiento-stuffed green olives, finely chopped, 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning, 1/8 teaspoon dried dill, 1/4 pound chopped shrimp.
Blend cream cheese, olives Italian seasoning, dill shrimp mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put cheese mixture into a zip lock bag. Refrigerate until the cheese mixture is firm and you are ready to use. Cut ends off cucumber and hollow out. Cut corner tip off a zip lock bag diagonally. Squeeze cheese mixture into the hollowed cucumber. Slice cucumber into ½ inch slices.
