AVACADO CRAB SALAD
8 ounces of lump crab, 1 cup pre-sliced mangos, 1 large avocado chopped, 1/8 cup diced red bell pepper, 1/4 cup diced red onions, 1/4 cup chopped green tomatoes, 1/8 cup chopped fresh basil, 3 chopped anchovy fillets, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1/4 cup olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over romaine lettuce leaves.
