CRAB MEAT QUICHE
1/2 cup mayonnaise. 2 large eggs, 1 1/2 cup crab meat, flaked, 1/4 cup onion, finely diced, 2 tablespoons self-rising flour, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated, 1 1/2 cup crab meat, flaked, 1 (8-inch) unbaked pie crust.
In a bowl pour all the ingredients, except the crab meat, and mix well. Fold in the crab meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
