MARINADE FOR PORK
I marinate my pork ribs for at least 8-hours. This marinate will cling to the meat which allows for maximum flavor. To be effective marinade must contain an acidic ingredient, the acid breaks down the protein adds flavor and keeps the meat moist. The marinate consist of Italian dressing, sea salt, paprika, black pepper, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, sugar, and lemon juice.
