This morning breakfast is Ham and Red Eye Gravy
RED EYED GRAVY
Fry off a ham steak, remove ham from skillet—scrape up drippings and residue. Add 1½ cup of strong black coffee, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, ¼ cup cola,
and stir. Simmer for at least 3 minutes. Wha’la red eyed gravy.
