CORNBREAD CROUTONS

This recipe is made from leftover cornbread.  Cut cornbread into 1-inch cubes; set aside.  Spray a cookie sheet with butter flavored cooking spray.  Arrange cornbread cubes in a single layer, on cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.  Allow bread to cool; store in airtight container or freezer bag.
