I AM GONNA SERVE STEAKHOUSE POTATOES WITH MY STEAK

STEAKHOUSE POTATOES

2 pounds red potatoes, 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 3 tablespoons ground cumin, 1 tablespoons chili powder, 2 tablespoons granulated garlic, 1 1/2 tablespoon cayenne, 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Wash potatoes and cut into quarters lengthwise.  Cook in the microwave for 10-minutes.  While the potatoes are in the microwave, get out a large bowl dump all the remaining ingredients into the bowl.  Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss well. Make sure the potatoes are well coated.  Pour the potatoes onto a baking sheet and put them into the oven.  Turn the potatoes in 15 minutes, continue to bake for another 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.

I have cooked enough potatoes to serve at least 4-6 people. Y’all come on over I’ll put a couple more steaks on the grill.  You bring the salad.
