I live in Henderson, Nevada, I woke up to 42 degrees this morning. The weather announcer has informed me that I can expect a freeze warning tonight.
CRAB BISQUE
Bisque is always thick and smooth and should engulf your mouth with flavor. This is the best tasting and quickest bisque you will ever make.
1 (10 ½ oz.) can cream mushroom soup, 1 (10 ½ oz.) can cream asparagus soup, 3 tablespoons butter, 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream, 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 ½ cup crab claw meat, flaked, ¼ cup dry white wine.
In a saucepan dump all the cans of soup. Bring them to a boil; reduce the heat to a simmer, add the butter, whipping cream and milk. Add crabmeat. Just before serving add wine stir and serve.
