1 pound ground beef, 1 minced garlic clove, 1/4 cup red onions, finely chopped, 1/8 cup finely chopped red or yellow bell pepper, 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic, 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper,  1 (15 oz.) can Sloppy Joe Sauce, 1 ( 1.31 oz.) package Sloppy Joe seasoning mix, 1 package wonton wrappers, 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 1/2 cup sour cream, chopped cilantro and green onions for garnish, with dill pickle spears.

In a heavy skillet add the onions and bell peppers, cook until the onions are clear.  Add the garlic and mix well.  Add dry seasonings. Add the meat and cook until the meat is cooked or until there is no pink.  Add the sloppy joe sauce and seasoning mix, stir and mix well.  Remove from the heat and set aside.

Get out the muffin tin, lightly spray the pan.  Place the wontons in the muffin tin in the shape of a cup.  Fill the cups with the sloppy joe mix, top off with a portion of cheese.  Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbling.  Remove from the serve hot with a dollop of sour cream
