4 cups frozen cranberries, thawed, 2 cups hot water, 1 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup light brown sugar, 2 (1 oz.) packages of unflavored gelatin, 1/2 cup iced water,1 cup red spumante, 1 1/2 cup chopped pecans, 1 cup crushed pineapples, 1 cup chopped seedless white grapes, 2 navel oranges juiced, 2 stalks celery, chopped, 1 small Granny Smith apples,diced, 2 cup heavy whipping cream
Going to the store and buying all your stuff is the hardest job when you are making this delicious salad. Take everything except the whipping cream and nuts dump in a bowl and mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2-hours. When you are ready to serve, beat the cream to stiff peaks. Fold the cream into the cranberry mixture and serve.
