Cake according to the Word of God
SCRIPTURE CAKE
1 cup Judges 5:25 (butter), 2 cups Jeremiah 6:20 (sugar), 1 tablespoon Proverbs 24:13 (honey), 2 cups Nahum 3:12 (figs), 3 Isaiah 10:14 (eggs), 1/2 cup Judges 4:19 (milk), 1/2 cup, 2 cups I Kings 4:22 (flour), 2 teaspoons Amos 4:25 (baking powder), 2 tablespoons 1 Samuel 30:12 (raisins), 1/2 cups Numbers 17:8 (almonds), 1/8 teaspoons Leviticus 2:13, (salt), 1 teaspoon II Chronicles 9:9 (ground cinnamon, mace, ground cloves), powdered sugar for dusting.
In a large bowl add the butter and cream until fluffy, add the sugar. Chop up the figs and add to the butter mixture, mix well. In a separate bowl beat the egg until they are bubbly, add milk. In a separate bowl add the dry ingredients. Add alternately to creamed mixture with the egg mixture. Mix well. Add the honey. Chopp the raisisins and almonds, add the creamed mixture, mix well. Pour into a c\greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a case knife inserted comes out clean. Remove from oven and invert the cake on a plate, When the cakes comes out the pan and cools off, lightly dust with powdered sugar.
