Tonight we are having Loaded Baked Potatoes. I load my potatoes with barbequed pulled pork, or chicken, butter, green onions, sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream, steamed broccoli, and white BBQ sauce
Wash the potatoes, pierce them with a fork, put them in a plastic bag and put in the microwave on potato. When the alarm clicks, LOADEDpierce them again with a fork to check for doneness. While the potato is in the microwave grate the cheese, make the BBQ sauce and steam the broccoli.
White BBQ Sauce: mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoke, salt, and pepper.
