French bread loaf, green goddess salad dressing, mayonnaise, thinly sliced beefeater tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced Persian cucumbers, sliced zucchini, sliced red onions, baby spinach leaves, alfalfa sprouts, avocado slices, crumbled goat and feta cheese, topped off with a fried egg.
French bread sliced lengthwise. Toast 1-side of the bread. On 1-side light spread green goddess salad dressing spread mayonnaise of the other side. Now it’s time to layer on the vegetables, cheeses and a couple of fried eggs.
I serve this sandwich with chips and slices of apples and pears
