
Hodges Sistah Salad
1 (6 oz.) package lime gelatin, 2 cups pineapple juice, 1/2 pint whipping cream, 1 (4 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese, 1 (4 oz.) can crushed pineapples, 1 cup chopped pecans. In a medium saucepan cook the gelatin and pineapple juice until the gelatin is dissolved. Remove from the heat and cool. Add the whipping cream. Fold in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a chilled dish. Refrigerate until chilled and firm
