1 (1/4 ounce) package of active dry yeast, 2 1/2 cups warm water, 2 cups flour, 1 1/4 tablespoons raw sugar.
Get out a large bowl add 1/2 cup of warm water, dissolve the yeast package in the water. Add the remaining water, sift the flour at least 2-times mix well then add the sugar. Mix until everything is blended and the batter is smooth. Cover the bowl with a piece of cheesecloth or a kitchen dry cloth. Set to the side stir 2-3 times a day keep cover for at least 10-days. 2 cups of the starter dough, 1 tablespoons salted butter, 1/2 cup whipping cream, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, 1 1/4 tablespoon raw sugar, 3 cups bread flour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl add the starter, cream, and half the flour, set aside for 10-15 minutes. Add the salt and the remaining ingredients set aside for another 10 minutes. Dump out the dough on a lightly floured surface, knead the dough 4-5 times. Roll out your dough and make your bread.
