
Yesterday we made sourdough bread, today we are making THE PERFECT AVACADO TOAST on toasted sourdough bread.
3 medium, Haas avocados, 1/4 cup salted pepita seeds, hulled and chopped, 4 sunny side eggs, 4 slices of bacon, fried and crumbled, 4 heirloom tomato slices, 1/4 cup strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced, 1/8 cup fresh blueberries,
First things first, slice the bread toast the bread under the broiler on both sides. Remove the bread from the broiler smear a thin layer of cream cheese. Peel the avocados, mash the avocado with a fork, salt, pepper, and a squish of fresh lemon juice to taste. Add the avocado on top of the cream cheese. Add the tomato slices, strawberries, blueberries, and egg. Top with the crumbled bacon.
