1/2 cup salted butter, 2 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes, 1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled, 1 bay leaf, crumbled, 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened, 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained, 1 cup cottage cheese, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 cup shredded Romano cheese, 1 (8oz.) package fettucini noodles.
Get out a saucepan add 1/4 cup of butter, the parsley flakes, basil, bay leaf, cream cheese and 2/3 cups of boiling water, mix well. continue to cook constantly stirring until the cream cheese has melted, add the spinach. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and set aside. Get out a heavy skillet, add the remaining butter and the garlic cook for a couple of minutes, pour the butter over the noodles. Toss and coat. Pile the noodles on a warm plate, pour the cream cheese sauce over the noodles add the cheese on top and toss again.
