CHEESE BALL

2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese, softened, 1 (8 oz.) white cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 tablespoons purple onions, finely chopped, 1 1/2 tablespoon green onions, chopped, 1/2 tablespoons red pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon fish seasoning,  1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup crab claw meat , finely chopped, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped, 1/4 cup curly parsley, finely chopped.

Get out a bowl, add the cream and cheddar cheeses,  mix together, mix well with an electric mixer until well mixed. Add all the other ingredients, except the pecans and parsley, mix well.  Roll the cheese mixture into a ball, wrap with a sheet of plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.  While the cheese ball in the refrigerator chop the pecans and parsley, remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll the ball in the pecans and parsley. Serve with assorted entertainment crackers, carrot sticks, and toasted baguette slices.
