banana nut bread

2 1/2 cups flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 cup very ripe bananas, mashed 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream, 4 ounces cream cheese, softened, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, 1 cup sugar, 1/4 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, 2 large eggs, beaten, 2 cups walnuts, chopped.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Lightly grease a 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan.  Pour the batter into the loaf pan and put it in the oven for 60-65 minutes or until the loaf starts to pull away from the pan and a toothpick inserted into the center of the load comes out clean.  Remove from the over allow the loaf to cool in the pan for about 5-minutes, then turn out and cool on a wire rack.
