This is the only sweet chicken salad recipe you will ever need.
2 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded, 2/3 cup celery, chopped, 2 tablespoons green olives, thinly sliced,, 1 cup granny smith apples, chopped, 1/2 cup slivered almonds, 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped, 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped, 1 cup pineapples, diced, 1/4 cup raisins, 3/4 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup BBQ potato chips, crushed.
Get out a large bowl add all the ingredients, except the potato chips. Toss everything together. When you are ready to serve crush the chips and add on top.
