7 LAYER PACOIMA BEAN DIP

1 (8oz.) can refried pinto beans, 1 (16 oz.) cream cheese, softened, 1 (1 1/4 oz.) package taco seasoning, 1 pint sour cream, 1 (1 oz.) package ranch dip, 2 large avocados, mashed, 1/4 pound ground chicken, 1 pound ground turkey, 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped, 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped, 1/4 cup sliced black olives, 1/4 cup sliced green olives, 3 green onions, green tops only, 1/4 cup red onions, chopped, and 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped. Serve with chips on top.

Get out the skillet, fry the meat, when there is no pink left add 1/2 the package of taco seasoning, remove from the heat and set aside. Open the package of sour cream and add the other half of the taco seasoning mix well, set aside.  Open the package of cream cheese and add the package of ranch dip, mix together and set aside.  Et out the most decorative glass bowl you have, start to layer the ingredients.  Bottom layer:  beans, 1/2 of meat mixture, avocado, sour cream, remaining meat mixture, cream cheese mixture,  red onions, boiled eggs, lettuce, cilantro, jalapeno peppers, olives, cheese and corn chips.
