I’m still grilling. I had some leftover pound cake and fruit from Memorial Day, You know how I must repurpose leftovers so here we go my famous Cake Kabobs.
Cut cake into 1 1/2 cubes. Spear each cube with a fork and dip in sweetened condensed milk. Roll each cube in flaked coconut until completed covered. Remove from the fork and string on moist skewers along with fruit. I generally add the following fruit to the skewers: whole and sliced strawberries, sliced nectarines, and watermelon.
