AVACADO SALAD

avocado salad with mozzarella cheese

4 firm tomatoes, 4 1/2 ounces mozzarella cheese, sliced, l large avocado, peeled, pitted and  sliced, 1/2 cup fresh basil, 6 slices bacon, fried and crumbled,

Dressing:  1/4 cup garlic oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 3 tablespoons warm raw honey, Italian seasoning to taste
