Avocados are chucked full of beneficial fats and almost twenty (20) vitamins and minerals.  Here are a few of the vitamins C, E, K, and B-6.  They will also provide our bodies with lutein,  beta-carotene, and omega-3 fatty acids.  Last but not least avocados taste good!


8 ounces of lump crab,  1 cup mangos, sliced, 1 large avocado, chopped, 1/8 cup diced red bell pepper, 1/4 cup diced red onions, 1/4 cup chopped green tomatoes, 1/8 cup chopped fresh basil, 3 chopped anchovy fillets, 1 tablespoon lemon zest, 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over romaine lettuce leaves.

In a bowl, dump everything mix well and serve. You have never served a salad this delicious this fast.  In less than 30-minutes, it’s on the table.
