JACQUE ROSE’S SEASONING SALT

1 teaspoon raw sugar, 3 tablespoons smoked paprika, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 4 teaspoons dry onion soup mix, 2½  teaspoon granulated garlic, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon cayenne, ¼  teaspoon curry powder, 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes, 1 1/2 tablespoons black pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin,  1 tablespoons chili powder, 2½  tablespoons chicken bouillon powder, 3/4  teaspoon celery salt, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.

My list of ingredients is a little long, BUT it ensures perfect southern flavor.  Combine all the ingredients in a coffee grinder and grind until no large lumps remain. Transfer to a bowl and whisk together until well blended. Store in an airtight container.
