This bisque can be prepared in 15-minutes. Serve this dish with toasted crusty bread and a dark beer, you will be crowned the queen cook of the day.
LUMP CRAB BISQUE
3 slices bacon, fried crispy. Remove from skillet crumble and set aside. 1 (10.75 oz.) can condense tomato soup, heat soup to a boil add 5 ounces heavy cream, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper, 1/2 sprig of chopped fresh thyme, 1 fresh sprig chopped parsley, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, 1 teaspoon finely chopped white onions, 1 teaspoon finely chopped celery, 1 teaspoon finely chopped carrots, ¼ teaspoon cornstarch and 1 3/4 cup lump crab meat, reserve1/2 cup for garnish, 1/2 cup and 2 1/2 tablespoons butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with crumbled bacon and crab claws.
