PEANUT BUTTER PIE

1 (9-inch) prepared pie crust, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 large eggs, beaten, 1 cup corn syrup, 1 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth, 3/4 cup dark chocolate pieces, 2 firm bananas, sliced, 1/4 cup coconut flakes.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Bake pie crust according to the package directions.  Get out a bowl, add the sugar, and eggs beat with an electric mixer until smooth.  Add the corn syrup, vanilla, salt, and peanut butter, mix well.  Pour into the pie crust.  Bake for 45-minutes.  Remove from the oven sprinkle the chocolate pieces on top.  Return to the oven, until the chocolate melts.  Remove from the oven, put the banana slices on top, sprinkle coconut flakes on top of the bananas.
