LOBSTER CASSEROLE

2 eggs, beaten, 2 tablespoons salted butter, melted, 1/8 teaspoon Creole seasoning salt, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard,1 1/2 cup lobster meat, 1/2 cup imitation crab, shredded, 1/4 cup frozen whole kernel corn, 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1 cup heavy whipping cream.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Get out a casserole pan, lightly spray with butter flavor cooking oil.  Add all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs.  Mix well.  Pour into the cooking dish. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top. Cook covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and cook another 10 minutes.
