MASHED POTATOES

I received a recipe request to mashed potatoes.  Mashed potatoes are going to be one of their Thanksgiving dinner  side dishes

6 medium size russet potatoes, 1 stick of salted butter, 1/4 cup cream cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped, 1 tablespoon jar minced garlic, 1/4 cup evaporated milk, 3/4 teaspoon chicken bouillon, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper.

Peel potatoes and cut in quarters.  Add the potatoes to a heavy pot and cover with water.  Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the water, bring to a boil, cover the pot cook until the potatoes start to fall apart.  Drain the potatoes, be sure all the water is drained off.  Put the potatoes back into the pot add the butter, sour cream cream cheese, salt bouillion, back pepper, and garlic.  Get out the potato mashed and go to town mashing those potatoes until they are creamy, fluffy and smooth.  Taste add more salt, pepper, and milk as needed.  When you are ready to serve sprinkle the parsley on top
