Here are the Orange Sherbert Mimosas I am bringing to the Superbowl Potluck. I am predicting the Rams are the winners of Superbowl LIII
ORANGE SHERBERT MIMOSA
Rinse and chill four flutes in the freezer for at 45-minutes or until the flutes are frosted. Put an ice cream scoop of orange sherbet into each flute. In a pitcher pour 10 1/2 ounces of dry champagne, 10 ounces orange liqueur, 2 teaspoon orange extract, mix until smooth. Fill each glass 3/4th full, top off the flute with whipping cream and an orange wedge.
